Allen has released several solo albums, including "Duane Allen and Friends" (1985), "Duane Allen Sings the Classics" (1989), and "Duane Allen Sings the Gospel" (1992). He has also appeared in several films and television shows, including "The Dukes of Hazzard" (1979), "The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas" (1982), and "The Beverly Hillbillies" (1993).
