Sridhar passed out of BITS, Pilani in 2008, by which time he had given a dozen upanyasams. He was under the impression that these upanyasams were a passing fad. Thereafter, Sridhar worked one year at the practice school at Century Rayon, Shahad and subsequently worked in the corporate sector in a number of companies including a market research firm in Mumbai and in TCS. He subsequently quit working in the corporate sector in 2016 and currently spends all his time studying the Vedas and delivering lectures on television channels as well as in public gatherings.
Dushyanth Sridhar (born 1986) is a public speaker (Upanyaskar), and writer on topics related to Sanatana Dharma. He delivers discourses in Tamil and English. He has learnt scriptures like Sri Bhashyam, Gita Bhashyam, Rahasya-traya Saram and Bhagavad Vishayam. He has delivered many live discourses in multiple countries [1] and in several regional television channels. He has a Youtube presence with over ten million views and content that runs for 1000 hours.[2].
