Ardisson began his career as an actor in the 1950s, appearing in films such as "The White Warrior" (1958) and "The Magnificent Gladiator" (1964). He also directed several films, including "The Last Adventure" (1967) and "The Beast in the Shadows" (1968). In addition to his film career, Ardisson also appeared in television series such as "The Adventures of Robin Hood" (1955-1959) and "The Avengers" (1961-1969). Ardisson was married to actress and singer Mireille Darc from 1967 until his death in 1993. He died in Rome, Italy on April 15, 1993 at the age of 61.
