Hank Aaron is an American former professional baseball player who played 23 seasons in Major League Baseball (MLB) from 1954 to 1976. He is considered one of the greatest baseball players of all time. Aaron was born and raised in Mobile, Alabama, and began his professional baseball career with the Indianapolis Clowns of the Negro American League in 1952. He made his MLB debut with the Milwaukee Braves in 1954 and went on to play for the Atlanta Braves and Milwaukee Brewers. Aaron is a three-time National League (NL) Most Valuable Player (MVP) and a 14-time All-Star. He holds the MLB records for career home runs (755), RBIs (2,297), and total bases (6,856). He also holds the NL record for most career runs scored (2,174). Aaron was inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 1982.
