Moore attended the University of Southern California, where he played college basketball for the Trojans. He was named to the All-Pac-10 first team in 2003 and 2004. Moore went undrafted in the 2004 NBA draft, but he signed with the Los Angeles Lakers in 2005. He played for the Lakers for two seasons before being traded to the Memphis Grizzlies in 2007. He played for the Grizzlies for two seasons before being traded to the Houston Rockets in 2009. He played for the Rockets for one season before being traded to the Golden State Warriors in 2010. He played for the Warriors for two seasons before being traded to the Santa Cruz Warriors in 2012. Moore has also played professionally in the NBA Development League, the Chinese Basketball Association, and the Philippine Basketball Association. Moore is 39 years old.
