Sandi Griffiths is an American singer-songwriter and musician. She is best known for her work with the folk-rock duo The Mamas & The Papas, which she joined in 1966. She has also released several solo albums, including her debut album, Sandi, in 1971. Griffiths was born in Los Angeles, California, and began her career as a folk singer in the early 1960s. She was a member of the folk group The New Journeymen, which included John Phillips and Denny Doherty. In 1966, she joined The Mamas & The Papas, replacing Michelle Phillips. She sang lead vocals on several of the group's hits, including "Dream a Little Dream of Me" and "Monday, Monday". Griffiths left The Mamas & The Papas in 1968 and released her debut solo album, Sandi, in 1971. She has since released several other solo albums, including her most recent, A Gift of Love, in 2017. Griffiths has also appeared in several films and television shows, including The Mamas & The Papas: California Dreamin' (2007) and The Mamas & The Papas: Dream a Little Dream (2009). Griffiths is currently married to her longtime partner, Bill Elliott. She has two children from a previous marriage.

Started on The Lawrence Welk Show (1955) as one half of the duo, Sandi and Sally, with her Brigham Young University classmate, Sally Flynn. After Sally left the show, Sandi then became part of the group, Sandi, Gail and Mary Lou, with Gail Farrell and Mary Lou Metzger.
