Harvey was listed in Cotswold Life's 60 Influential Women in the Cotswolds in March 2018; and Gloucestershire's 50 Greatest Women in Gloucestershire Live.
To mark the 2018 centenary of the RAF Harvey nominated RAF100 as one of her chosen charities to benefit from Cotswold Airport's Revival Festival.
Harvey heads up a scholarship programme at Cotswold Airport helping 12 children aged between 14 and 18, to receive flight training and experience all sectors of the aviation industry. She owns the world's only Boeing 747 events and party plane, which was licensed for civil ceremonies with Wiltshire Council in 2017; and the world's only airworthy 1959 English Electric Canberra PR9 – XH134.
A keen polo player, she is based at Cirencester Park Polo Club and started learning the sport in 2014. Harvey has sponsored the Ladies International Polo Tournament at Cirencester Park for the last 6 years , promoting women in polo. Harvey has participated in the Ambassador's Tournament in New Zealand; and represented England playing polo in Spring 2017, at the Ladies European Championship in Chantilly, part of the Polo World Cup. She trains at Cirencester Park Polo Club Academy and at La Esperanza Polo Club, Coronel Suarez, Argentina.

Harvey began her career modelling from the age of 14 until 2005. She headed up Universal Models, a company she set up in 2003 with over 1000 personalities on their books, but in 2007 left to move to her father's private airport in Kemble near Cirencester. Ronan Harvey, her father, purchased Kemble Airport in 2001. Suzannah began organising the corporate entertainment at Cotswold Airport and in 2008 has taken a full time post as a Director looking after marketing, events and business development. In June 2012, Suzannah was appointed as CEO and Group MD.
Harvey attended Northampton High School for Girls until 17 years old. She then moved to Rendcomb College boarding school to complete her A' Levels, leaving in 1996.
